BLOOD DRIVE

Carolyn Griffin reported that 40 pints were collected on our last blood drive.

DIABETES ALERT FUND

Don Wheeler agreed to chair the Diabetes Alert Fund  and will announce the date later.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST

Thanks to all who helped out. Sandy Griffin reports that the Pancake Breakfast was the best ever.


DISCTICT 1-H  CONVNETION

The keynote speaker for this one day convention will be International Director, Dana Biggs. A silent auction will be held and each club is asked to donate an item. There will also be a nuggethon contest as in previous years. Registration is free, and meal reservations must be received by Feb. 20 Please see Theresa or Lynn for forms. They hope to have all clubs represented.

PRESIDENT'S CORNER

I hope everyone is enjoying the new year.Our first big project, the pancake breakfast was a big success. Thank you to all the club members and their families who stepped up to help things go smoothly. Also we have two issues everyone needs to be thinking about for the next meeting to vote on. We need to decide if the club should will pay membership dues, and also if we will meet one or two times a month from now on.
